Changes to our criteria*
From Wednesday 29 April 2026, we’ve increased our maximum LTV to 85% for customers borrowing on part Interest Only and part Repayment, helping them to potentially borrow more.
Customers can now borrow an extra 10% on a repayment basis. The Interest Only element will remain at a max LTV of 75%.
Where the Repayment Vehicle is ‘Sale of security property’ this remains capped at 60%, with additional lending on repayment available subject to criteria.
