Changes to our product range

On Tuesday 01 October, we are making the following changes to our Residential, Buy to Let, Product Transfer and Additional Borrowing ranges:

Residential

• 3 Year Fixed First Time Buyer & Home Mover 90-95% LTV rates reduced by 0.10%
• 5 Year Fixed First Time Buyer & Home Mover 0-85% LTV rates increased by up 0.15%

Buy to Let

• 2 & 5 Year Fixed House Purchase and Remortgage rates reduced by up to 0.15%

Product Transfer

• Buy to Let 2 & 5 Year Fixed rates reduced by up to 0.15%

Additional Borrowing

• Buy to Let 2 & 5 Year Fixed rates reduced by up to 0.15%

Residential

• 2 Year Fixed First Time Buyer & Home Mover 85-95% LTV rates reduced by up to 0.10%
• 5 Year Fixed First Time Buyer & Home Mover 85-95% LTV rates reduced by up to 0.20%
• Withdrawal of 2 Year Fixed Remortgage 0-75% LTV £1495 fee products

On Friday 13 September, we are making the following changes to our Residential, Product Transfer & Additional Borrowing ranges:

Residential

• 2 Year Fixed First Time Buyer & Home Mover 0-80% LTV rates reduced by up to 0.25%
• 5 Year Fixed First Time Buyer & Home Mover 0-85% LTV rates reduced by up to 0.35%
• 2 & 5 Year Fixed Remortgage 0-80% LTV rates reduced by up to 0.15%

Product Transfer

• Residential 2, 3 & 5 Year Fixed 0-80% LTV rates reduced by up to 0.20%

Additional Borrowing

• Residential 2, 3 & 5 Year Fixed 0-80% LTV rates reduced by up to 0.20%

• Introduction of 3 Year Fixed First Time Buyer and Home Mover 90-95% LTV £0 fee products
• Introduction of 2 Year Fixed Remortgage 0-75% LTV £1495 fee products
• 2 Year Fixed First Time Buyer & Home Mover 60-95% LTV rates reduced by up to 0.20%
• 3 Year Fixed First Time Buyer & Home Mover 0-90% LTV rates reduced by up to 0.13%
• 5 Year Fixed First Time Buyer & Home Mover 80-95% LTV rates reduced by up to 0.15%
• 3 Year Fixed Remortgage rates reduced by up to 0.10%
• 5 Year Fixed Remortgage rates reduced by up to 0.30%
• 2 Year Fixed Shared Ownership First Time Buyer & Home Mover rates reduced by up to 0.40%
• 5 Year Fixed Shared Ownership First Time Buyer & Home Mover 80-90% LTV rates reduced by up to 0.25%
• 2 Year Fixed Shared Ownership & Shared Equity Remortgage rates reduced by up to 0.40%
• 5 Year Fixed Shared Equity First Time Buyer and Home Mover 80-85% LTV rates reduced by 0.25%
• Withdrawal of 3 Year Fixed First Time Buyer and Home Mover 90-95% LTV £1495 & £495 fee products

Buy to Let

• Introduction of 2 & 5 Year Fixed Remortgage 75-80% LTV £1995, £995 & £0 fee products

Residential

• 2 Year Fixed First Time Buyer & Home Mover 75-85% & 90-95% LTV rates reduced by 0.05%
• 2 & 3 Year Fixed Remortgage rates reduced by up to 0.45%

Buy to Let

• Product end dates move out to the end of January
• 2 & 5 Year Fixed House Purchase & Remortgage rates reduced by up to 0.15%

Product Transfer

• Product end dates move out to the end of January
• Introduction of Residential 2 Year Fixed 0-75% LTV £1,495 fee products
• Residential 2, 3 & 5 Year Fixed rates reduced by up to 0.50%
• Buy to Let 2 & 5 Year Fixed 0-75% LTV rates reduced by up to 0.15%

Additional Borrowing

• Product end dates move out to the end of January
• Residential 2, 3 & 5 Year Fixed rates reduced by up to 0.50%
• Buy to Let 2 & 5 Year Fixed rates reduced by up to 0.15%
