On Thursday 14th May, we are making the following changes to our Residential range:

2 Year Fixed House Purchase 0-75% LTV rates reduced by up to 0.20% including Affordable Housing
2 Year Fixed House Purchase 75-85% LTV £0 fee rates reduced by 0.15% including Affordable Housing
2 Year Fixed House Purchase 85-95% LTV rates reduced by up to 0.15% including Affordable Housing
5 Year Fixed House Purchase 0-95% LTV rates reduced by up to 0.20% including Affordable Housing
2 Year Fixed Remortgage 60-75% LTV £0 fee rates reduced by 0.15%
2 Year Fixed Remortgage 75-90% LTV rates reduced by 0.10%
2 Year Fixed Affordable Housing Remortgage 60-85% LTV rates reduced by up to 0.15%

On Friday 1^st May, we are making the following changes to our Residential, Buy to Let & Product Transfer ranges:

Residential
- 2 & 5 Year Fixed House Purchase 0-60% LTV £0 fee rates reduced by 0.05% including Affordable Housing
- 2 & 5 Year Fixed Remortgage 0-60% LTV £0 fee rates reduced by up to 0.15%
- 2 Year Fixed Affordable Housing Remortgage 0-60% LTV £0 fee rate reduced by 0.15%
Buy to Let & Portfolio Buy to Let
- 2 Year Fixed House Purchase & Remortgage 0-60% LTV £995 & £0 fee rates reduced by up to 0.30%
- 5 Year Fixed House Purchase & Remortgage 0-60% LTV rates reduced by up to 0.20%
- 2 Year Tracker House Purchase & Remortgage 0-60% LTV rates reduced by 0.10%
Product Transfer
- Buy to Let 2 Year Tracker 0-60% LTV rate reduced by 0.10%

- 2 & 5 Year Fixed Remortgage rates reduced by up to 0.20%
- 2 Year Fixed Affordable Housing Remortgage rates reduced by up to 0.20%

- 3 Year Fixed House Purchase rates reduced by up to 0.60%
- 5 Year Fixed House Purchase rates reduced by up to 0.45% including Affordable Housing
- 2 Year Fixed Remortgage rates reduced by up to 0.50% including Affordable Housing
- 3 & 5 Year Fixed Remortgage rates reduced by up to 0.50%
- 2 Year Tracker House Purchase & Remortgage rates reduced by 0.30%

- 2 & 5 Year Fixed House Purchase & Remortgage 0-60% LTV rates reduced by up to 0.80%.
- 2 Year Tracker House Purchase & Remortgage 0-60% LTV rates reduced by 0.40%.

Product Transfer
- Residential 2 & 5 Year Fixed 0-90% LTV rates increased by up to 0.15%
- Residential 3 Year Fixed rates increased by up to 0.15%
- Buy to Let 2 & 5 Year Fixed 0-75% LTV rates increased by up to 0.15%
Additional Borrowing
- All Residential Fixed rates increased by up to 0.15%
- All Buy to Let Fixed rates increased by up to 0.15%
