On Wednesday 22^nd July, we are making the following changes to our Residential, Buy to Let, Product Transfer & Additional Borrowing ranges:

Residential

• Products launched on the 21^st July relaunched with new product codes only – no rate changes

Buy to Let & Portfolio Buy to Let

• Products launched on the 21^st July relaunched with new product codes only – no rate changes

Product Transfer

Additional Borrowing

Changes to our product range

On Tuesday 21^st July, we are making the following changes to our Residential, Buy to Let, Product Transfer & Additional Borrowing ranges:

Residential

• Product end dates move out to the end of November
• 2 Year Fixed House Purchase 0-85% LTV rates increased by up to 0.20% including Affordable Housing
• 2 Year Fixed House Purchase 85-90% LTV £0 fee rates increased by 0.05% including Affordable Housing
• 3 Year Fixed House Purchase rates increased by up to 0.15%
• 5 Year Fixed House Purchase rates increased by up to 0.20% including Affordable Housing
• 2 Year Fixed Remortgage rates increased by up to 0.15% including Affordable Housing
• 3 & 5 Year Fixed Remortgage £995 fee rates increased by 0.15%
• 3 & 5 Year Fixed Remortgage 0-75% LTV £0 fee rates increased by up to 0.15%

Buy to Let & Portfolio Buy to Let

• 2 & 5 Year Fixed House Purchase and Remortgage 0-75% LTV rates increased by 0.15%

Product Transfer

• Residential 2 ,3 & 5 Year Fixed rates increased by up to 0.15%
• Buy to Let 2 & 5 Year Fixed 0-75% LTV rates increased by 0.15%

Additional Borrowing

• Residential 2, 3 & 5 Year Fixed rates increased by up to 0.15%
• Buy to Let 2 & 5 Year Fixed rates increased by 0.15%

• 2, 3 & 5 Year Fixed Remortgage rates reduced by up to 0.15%
• 2 Year Fixed Affordable Housing Remortgage rates reduced by up to 0.10%
• 2 Year Tracker Standard House Purchase products relaunched with background changes

 2 & 5 Year Fixed House Purchase & Remortgage 0-75% LTV rates reduced by up to 0.15%

Product Transfer

• Residential 2, 3 & 5 Year Fixed rates reduced by up to 0.15%

• 3 Year Fixed House Purchase 0-85% LTV rates reduced by up to 0.30%
• 5 Year Fixed House Purchase rates reduced by up to 0.15% including Affordable Housing
• 2 Year Fixed Remortgage 60-90% LTV rates reduced by up to 0.20% including Affordable Housing
• 3 Year Fixed Remortgage rates reduced by 0.10%
• 5 Year Fixed Remortgage rates reduced by up to 0.10%

• 2 Year Fixed House Purchase & Remortgage 60-75% LTV £995 and £0 fee rates reduced by 0.50%
• Portfolio Buy to Let 2 Year Fixed House Purchase & Remortgage 60-75% LTV rates reduced by 0.50%
• 2 Year Fixed House Purchase & Remortgage 75-80% LTV rates reduced by 0.10%
• 5 Year Fixed House Purchase & Remortgage 60-75% LTV £995 and £0 fee rates reduced by up to 0.40%
• Portfolio Buy to Let 5 Year Fixed House Purchase & Remortgage 60-75% LTV rates reduced by up to 0.40%
• 5 Year Fixed House Purchase & Remortgage 75-80% LTV rates reduced by 0.10%

Product Transfer

• Residential 2 & 5 Year Fixed 0-90% LTV rates reduced by up to 0.15%
• Residential 3 Year Fixed rates reduced by 0.10%
• Buy to let 2 & 5 Year Fixed 0-75% LTV rates reduced by 0.10%

• 5 Year Fixed House Purchase 0-80% & 85-95% LTV rates reduced by up to 0.15% including Affordable Housing
• 2 Year Fixed Remortgage 0-75% LTV rates reduced by up to 0.20% including Affordable Housing  
• 3 Year Fixed Remortgage 0-75% LTV rates reduced by up to 0.25%
• 5 Year Fixed Remortgage rates reduced by up to 0.25%

Buy to Let & Portfolio Buy to Let

• 2 & 5 Year Fixed House Purchase & Remortgage 0-75% LTV rates reduced by 0.10%
