Changes to our product range

On Thursday 6^th August, we are making the following changes to our Residential range:

Residential

Expanding our Affordable Housing product range by making our Standard product range available for these applications
Shared Equity and Shared Ownership applications will now have access to 2, 3 & 5 Year Fixed rates, 2 Year Tracker rates and additional product fee points for House Purchase & Remortgage applications as detailed below
All House Purchase products relaunched to be available to Shared Ownership applications
All House Purchase products up to 85% LTV relaunched to be available to Shared Equity applications
All Own Conveyancer (cashback) Remortgage products up to 85% LTV relaunched to be available to Shared Ownership & Shared Equity applications
All existing Shared Ownership & Shared Equity products withdrawn

Changes to our product range

On Friday 31^st July, we are making the following changes to our Product Transfer & Additional Borrowing ranges:

Product Transfer
- Residential 2 & 5 Year Fixed rates increased by up to 0.15%
- Residential 3 Year Fixed 60-85% LTV rates increased by 0.05%
- Buy to Let 2 & 5 Year Fixed 0-60% LTV rates increased by up to 0.10%
Additional Borrowing
- Residential 2 & 5 Year Fixed rates increased by up to 0.15%
- Residential 3 Year Fixed 60-80% LTV rates increased by 0.05%
- Buy to Let 2 & 5 Year Fixed 0-60% LTV rates increased by up to 0.10%

On Tuesday 28^th July, we are making the following changes to our Residential & Buy to Let ranges:

Residential
- 3 Year Fixed House Purchase & Remortgage rates increased by up to 0.20%
- 5 Year Fixed House Purchase & Remortgage rates increased by up to 0.15%
- 5 Year Fixed Affordable Housing House Purchase rates increased by up to 0.15%
Buy to Let & Portfolio Buy to Let
- 2 & 5 Year Fixed 0-75% LTV House Purchase rates increased by up to 0.20%
- 2 & 5 Year Fixed 60-75% LTV Remortgage rates increased by 0.10%

- 2 Year Fixed House Purchase 0-85% LTV rates increased by up to 0.20% including Affordable Housing
- 2 Year Fixed House Purchase 85-90% LTV £0 fee rates increased by 0.05% including Affordable Housing
- 3 Year Fixed House Purchase rates increased by up to 0.15%
- 5 Year Fixed House Purchase rates increased by up to 0.20% including Affordable Housing
- 2 Year Fixed Remortgage rates increased by up to 0.15% including Affordable Housing
- 3 & 5 Year Fixed Remortgage £995 fee rates increased by 0.15%
- 3 & 5 Year Fixed Remortgage 0-75% LTV £0 fee rates increased by up to 0.15%
