Changes to our product range

On Tuesday 15^th September, we are making the following changes to our Residential, Buy to Let, Product Transfer & Additional Borrowing ranges:

Residential

• 2 & 5 Year Fixed House Purchase & Remortgage rates increased by 0.10%

Buy to Let & Portfolio Buy to Let

• 2 & 5 Year Fixed House Purcahse & Remortgage 0-75% LTV rates increased by 0.25%

Product Transfer

• Residential 2 & 5 Year Fixed 0-90% LTV rates increased by up to 0.15%
• Residential 3 Year fixed rates increased by up to 0.10%
• Buy to Let 2 & 5 Year Fixed 0-75% LTV rates increased by 0.10%

Additional Borrowing

• Residential 2, 3 & 5 Year Fixed rates increased by up to 0.15%
• Buy to Let 2 & 5 Year Fixed 0-75% LTV rates increased by 0.10%

Changes to our product range

On Thursday 10^th September, we are making the following changes to our Residential range:

Residential

• Introduction of an Energy Efficient product range for Remortgage applications for properties with an EPC rating of A or B
• The range will offer an additional £250 cashback incentive with product rates aligned to our Residential Remortgage range and will be available for Standard, Shared Ownership & Shared Equity applications
• Remortgage applications for properties with an EPC rating of A or B will be able to choose between our Fee Assisted Legals + £250 Cashback products or our Own Conveyancer + £550 Cashback products

On Tuesday 8^th September, we are making the following changes to our Residential product range:

• All Fixed House Purchase rates increased by 0.15%
• 3 Year Fixed Remortgage rates increased by 0.15%

• Product end dates move out to the end of January

Product Transfer

• Product end dates move out to the end of January
• Residential 2 Year Fixed 0-85% LTV rates reduced by up to 0.10%
• Residential 5 Year Fixed rates reduced by up to 0.20%

Additional Borrowing

• Product end dates move out to the end of January
• Residential 2 & 5 Year Fixed rates reduced by up to 0.15%
