Changes to our product range

On Friday 24th April, we are making the following changes to our Residential and Buy to Let ranges:

Residential

  • Products end dates moved out to the end of August
  • 2 Year Fixed House Purchase £995 fee rates reduced by 0.10% including Affordable Housing
  • 3 Year Fixed House Purchase rates reduced by up to 0.60%
  • 5 Year Fixed House Purchase rates reduced by up to 0.45% including Affordable Housing
  • 2 Year Fixed Remortgage rates reduced by up to 0.50% including Affordable Housing
  • 3 & 5 Year Fixed Remortgage rates reduced by up to 0.50%
  • 2 Year Tracker House Purchase & Remortgage rates reduced by 0.30%

Buy to Let & Portfolio Buy to Let

  • 2 & 5 Year Fixed House Purchase & Remortgage 0-60% LTV rates reduced by up to 0.80%.
  • 2 Year Tracker House Purchase & Remortgage 0-60% LTV rates reduced by 0.40%.
