For Portfolio Buy-to-Let lending, the Security property must achieve a minimum ICR of 145%, calculated using a stress rate equal to the higher of 5.5% or the product rate plus 2%, irrespective of the product fixed rate term. For more information visit our criteria page.

* For applications with zero taxable the income ratio will be 145% ICR, these can be appealed via your BDM providing they fit 125% ICR.
