This year has seen the upgrade to our mobile banking app with a range of new servicing features for our mortgage customers. We’re one of the few lenders that allow mortgage customers to sign up to their mobile banking app without a current account and now, managing their mortgage is even easier.

The app can support you, as you can quickly navigate a customer to vital mortgage information when you’re supporting them with their existing TSB mortgage. From finding their mortgage account number to understanding what early repayments charges they may have. Then, for our customers, there’s a whole host of features, giving them the flexibility to manage their mortgage and continue to be money confident, anywhere, at any time, all at the touch of a button.

It’s also easy to switch with TSB, with our quick automated Rate Switch system that allows you to pre-book a rate 3 months in advance and is highly rated by both yourselves and customers.
