New mobile banking features that supports customers and brokers

Our journey with a TSB mortgage customer goes beyond completion and we want to make sure that using the flexible features is as simple and efficient as possible. We are one of the few lenders that allow mortgage customers to sign up to their mobile banking app without a current account and now, managing their mortgage is even easier.

Customers can now use the app to:

  • Check account details, balance, interest rate and term
  • Set up and manage overpayments or find out their allowance
  • Manage their Direct Debit
  • Request mortgage statements
  • Check the expiry date of their deal or early repayment charges (if applicable).

This gives customers the flexibility to manage their mortgage and continue to be money confident, anywhere, at any time, all at the touch of a button.
