On Thursday 22^nd January, we are making the following changes to our Residential and Buy to Let ranges:

Product end dates moved out to the end of May

Buy to Let

2 & 5 Year Fixed House Purchase & Remortgage rates reduced by up to 0.35%
2 Year Tracker House Purchase & Remortgage products relaunched with new product codes

Changes to our product range

On Friday 16 January, we are making the following changes to our Residential, Product Transfer and Additional Borrowing ranges:

Residential
- 2 Year Fixed House Purchase 80-90% LTV rates reduced by up to 0.10%
- 3 Year Fixed House Purchase 0-90% LTV £0 fee rates reduced by up to 0.15%
- 2 Year Fixed Remortgage rates reduced by up to 0.10%
- 2 Year Fixed Shared Ownership & Shared Equity House Purchase 80-85% LTV rates reduced by up to 0.10%
- 2 Year Fixed Shared Ownership House Purchase 85-90% LTV rates reduced by 0.10%
Product Transfer
- Residential 2 Year Fixed 0-90% LTV rates reduced by up to 0.10%
- Residential 3 Year Fixed 0-80% LTV rates reduced by up to 0.10%
Additional Borrowing
- Residential 2 Year Fixed rates reduced by up to 0.10%
- Residential 3 Year Fixed rates reduced by up to 0.10%
Changes to our product range

Following the Bank of England base rate reduction to 3.75%, the following TSB revert to rates will apply to new customers from 5 January.
- Homeowner Variable Rate – 7.24%
- Buy to Let Variable Rate – 8.09%

On Friday 12 December, we are making the following changes to our Product Transfer & Additional Borrowing ranges:

Product Transfer
- Residential 2 Year Fixed 0-60% LTV rates reduced by 0.05%
- Residential 2 Year Fixed 60-75% LTV £995 & £0 fee rates reduced by 0.05%
- Residential 2 Year Fixed 80-85% LTV £0 fee rate reduced by 0.05%
- Residential 3 Year Fixed 75-85% LTV rates reduced by 0.05%
- Residential 5 Year Fixed 75-90% LTV rates reduced by 0.05%
- Buy to Let 2 & 5 Year Fixed 0-75% LTV rates reduced by 0.05%
Additional Borrowing
- Residential 2 Year Fixed 0-75% LTV rates reduced by 0.05%
- Residential 3 Year Fixed 75-80% LTV rates reduced by 0.05%
- Residential 5 Year Fixed 75-80% LTV rates reduced by 0.05%
- Buy to Let 2 & 5 Year Fixed rates reduced by 0.05%

- 2 Year Fixed Remortgage 0-75% LTV £0 fee rates reduced by 0.10%
- 2 Year Fixed Remortgage 75-90% LTV rates reduced by up to 0.20%
- 3 & 5 Year Fixed Remortgage 75-85% LTV rates reduced by up to 0.15%
- 2 Year Fixed Shared Ownership House Purchase 85-90% LTV rates reduced by 0.05%
Product Transfer
- Residential 2 Year Fixed 80-85% LTV £995 fee rate reduced by 0.05%
- Residential 2 Year Fixed 85-90% LTV £0 fee rate reduced by 0.05%
- Residential 5 Year Fixed 75-85% LTV £995 fee rates reduced by 0.05%
