Changes to our product range

On Tuesday 12 November, we are making the following changes to our Residential, Product Transfer & Additional Borrowing ranges:

Residential

• 2 & 5 Year Fixed First Time Buyer & Home Mover rates increased by up to 0.30%
• 2 & 5 Year Fixed Remortgage 0-80% LTV rates increased by up to 0.30%

Product Transfer

• Residential 5 Year Fixed 0-75% LTV rates increased by 0.20%

Additional Borrowing

• Residential 5 Year Fixed 0-75% LTV rates increased by 0.20%

Changes to our product range

Following the Bank of England base rate reduction to 4.75%, the following TSB revert to rates will apply to new customers from 11 November.

Homeowner Variable Rate – 8.24%

Buy to Let Variable Rate – 9.09%

On Thursday 07 November, we are making the following changes to our Residential range:

• Product end dates move out to the end of March
• Selective Shared Ownership & Shared Equity rate changes

On Wednesday 30 October, we are making the following changes to our Residential & Buy to Let ranges:

Residential

• 2 Year Fixed First Time Buyer & Home Mover 75-80% & 85-90% LTV rates increased by 0.10%
• 2 Year Fixed Remortgage 0-60% LTV rates increased by 0.25%

Buy to Let

• 2 & 5 Year Fixed Remortgage 0-75% LTV rates increased by 0.10%

• 2 & 5 Year Fixed First Time Buyer & Home Mover 90-95% LTV rates increased by up to 0.10%
