Changes to our product range

On Thursday 22^nd October, we are making the following changes to our Residential range:

2 Year Fixed House Purchase rates reduced by up to 0.10%
3 Year Fixed House Purchase 0-90% LTV rates reduced by up to 0.10%
5 Year Fixed House Purchase 0-75% & 85-95% LTV rates reduced by up to 0.10%
2 Year Fixed Remortgage 0-75% LTV rates reduced by 0.05%
2 Year Fixed Remortgage 85-90% LTV £0 fee rates reduced by 0.05%
5 Year Fixed Remortgage rates reduced by up to 0.10%

On Wednesday 7^th October, we are making the following changes to our Product Transfer & Additional Borrowing ranges:

Product Transfer
- Residential 2 & 3 Year Fixed 0-85% LTV rates increased by up to 0.20%
- Residential 5 Year Fixed 0-60% LTV rates increased by 0.05%
- Buy to Let 5 Year Fixed 0-60% LTV rates increased by 0.10%
Additional Borrowing
- Residential 2 & 3 Year Fixed rates increased by up to 0.20%
- Residential 5 Year Fixed 0-60% LTV rate increased by 0.05%
- Buy to Let 5 Year Fixed 0-60% LTV rate increased by 0.10%

- 2 Year Fixed House Purchase 0-80% LTV rates increased by 0.05%
- 3 Year Fixed House Purchase rates increased by up to 0.15%
- 5 Year Fixed House Purchase 0-90% LTV rates increased by 0.05%
- 2 Year Fixed Remortgage 0-75% LTV rates increased by 0.05%
- 3 & 5 Year Fixed Remortgage rates increased by up to 0.10%

- Residential 1 Year Fixed rate increased by 0.30%
- Residential 2 & 5 Year Fixed rates increased by up to 0.15%
- Residential 3 Year Fixed 60-75% LTV £0 fee rate increased by 0.05%
- Residential 3 Year Fixed 75-85% LTV rates increased by up to 0.10%
- Buy to Let 1 Year Fixed rate increased by 0.30%
- Buy to Let 2 Year Fixed 0-60% & 75-80% LTV rates increased by up to 0.20%
- Buy to Let 5 Year Fixed 60-80% LTV rates increased by up to 0.15%
Additional Borrowing
- Residential 2 & 5 Year Fixed rates increased by up to 0.15%
- Residential 3 Year Fixed rates over 60% LTV increased by up to 0.10%
- Buy to Let 2 Year Fixed 0-60% LTV rate increased by 0.05%
- Buy to Let 5 Year Fixed 60-75% LTV rate increased by 0.05%
