Changes to our product range

On Wednesday 11^th March, we are making the following changes to our Residential, Buy to Let, Product Transfer & Additional Borrowing ranges:

Residential

• All rates increased by 0.50%

 Buy to Let & Portfolio Buy to Let

• All rates increased by 0.50%

Product Transfer

• All rates increased by 0.50%

Additional Borrowing

• All rates increased by 0.50%

Changes to our product range

On Tuesday 10^th March, we are making the following changes to our Residential and Buy to Let ranges:

Residential

• 2 Year Fixed House Purchase rates increased by up to 0.15% including Affordable Housing.
• 3 Year Fixed House Purchase rates increased by up to 0.15%
• 5 Year Fixed House Purchase rates increased by up to 0.10% including Affordable Housing
• 2 Year Fixed Remortgage rates increased by up to 0.15%
• 3 Year Fixed Remortgage 0-60% and 75-85% LTV rates increased by 0.05%
• 5 Year fixed Remortgage rates increased by up to 0.10%
• 2 Year Fixed Affordable Housing Remortgage rates reduced by up to 0.50% with cashback amount reduced to £300

Buy to Let

• 2 and 5 Year Fixed House Purchase 0-75% LTV rates increased by up to 0.15%
• 2 and 5 Year Fixed Remortgage 0-75% LTV rates increased by up to 0.15%

Portfolio Buy to Let

• Introduction of 2 and 5 year fixed House Purchase and Remortgage 60-75% LTV £1995 fee rates
• Increasing minimum loan amount for House Purchase and Remortgage £0 fee rates to £75,000
• 2 and 5 year Fixed House Purchase rates increased by up to 0.15%
• 2 and 5 year Fixed Remortgage rates increased by up to 0.15%

On Friday 27 February, we are making the following changes to our Buy to Let, Product Transfer and Additional Borrowing ranges:

Buy to Let

• Product end dates moved out to the end of July

Product Transfer

• Product end dates moved out to the end of July
• Residential 1 Year Fixed 0-75% LTV rate reduced by 0.25%
• Residential 2 Year Fixed 90-120% LTV rate reduced by 0.10%
• Residential 3 Year Fixed 0-75% LTV rates reduced by 0.05%
• Residential 3 Year Fixed 80-85% LTV rates reduced by 0.05%
• Residential 5 Year Fixed 90-120% LTV rate reduced by 0.15%
• Buy to Let 1 Year Fixed 0-75% LTV rate reduced by 0.25%

Additional Borrowing

• Product end dates moved out to the end of July
• Residential 3 Year Fixed 0-75% LTV rates reduced by 0.05%

• 3 Year Fixed House Purchase 75-85% LTV rates reduced by 0.10%
• 5 Year Fixed House Purchase 0-60% rates reduced by 0.05% including Affordable Housing rates
• 5 Year Fixed House Purchase 60-75% £995 fee rates reduced by 0.05% including Affordable Housing rates
• 2 Year Fixed Remortgage 0-80% LTV £1495 and £995 fee rates reduced by 0.05%
• 2 Year Fixed Remortgage 75-85% LTV £0 fee rates reduced by 0.05%

Product Transfer

• Residential 2 Year Fixed 60-75% LTV £1495 and £995 fee rates reduced by 0.05%
