On Friday 30 May, we are making the following changes to our Buy to Let, Product Transfer & Additional Borrowing ranges:

Buy to Let

• Product end dates move out to the end of October  

Product Transfer

• Product end dates move out to the end of October  

Additional Borrowing

• Product end dates move out to the end of October  

Changes to our product range

On Friday 23rd May, we are making the following changes to our Residential, Product Transfer & Additional Borrowing ranges:

Residential

• Product end dates move out to the end of September
• 2 Year Tracker First Time Buyer, Home Mover & Remortgage rates increased by 0.10%
• Replacement of 3 Year Fixed First Time Buyer, Home Mover and Remortgage products with a new fee structure
• Introduction of 3 Year Fixed First Time Buyer & Home Mover 90-95% LTV £0 fee products
• 5 Year Fixed First Time Buyer & Home Mover 85-95% LTV rates reduced by 0.10%
• Shared Ownership & Shared Equity rates reduced by up to 0.55%

Product Transfer

• Residential 3 Year Fixed 0-75% & 80-85% LTV rates reduced by 0.10%

Additional Borrowing

• Residential 3 Year Fixed 0-75% LTV rates reduced by 0.10%

Changes to our product range

Following the Bank of England base rate reduction to 4.25%, the following TSB revert to rates will apply to new customers from 12 May.

Homeowner Variable Rate – 7.74%

Buy to Let Variable Rate – 8.59%

Residential

• 2 Year Fixed Remortgage 60-85% LTV rates reduced by up to 0.15%
• 5 Year Fixed Remortgage rates reduced by up to 0.20%

Product Transfer

• Residential 2 Year Fixed 60-85% LTV rates reduced by up to 0.15%

Additional Borrowing

• Residential 2 Year Fixed 60-80% LTV rates reduced by up to 0.10%
