Whilst we aim to cover all relevant information, this criteria does not detail all our requirements and for anything you are unable to find, contact your BDM, or call our Telephone Business Development Managers via your regional case management team , (option 3).

We’re aware that the Renters’ Rights Act 2025 has now become law. However, there are no immediate changes to our products or lending policies. TSB is reviewing the Act to understand its impact and will provide updates as soon as commencement dates and regulatory details are confirmed. For now, it’s business as usual.
