Dual Nationality

If one of those nationalities is British then they have the right to reside in the UK, they would be treated as a single British nationality and the case would proceed as normal. We would take no further action regarding the second nationality and no further evidence is needed.

If both nationalities are outside the UK or Ireland (e.g. South African/Pakistan), then we need to see evidence of right to reside in the UK.

Please be aware, applicants with a nationality from one of the below countries, cannot have dual nationalities, even though Mortgage Pro allows you to key it:
