When an applicant requires a change in the ownership of the property, with or without Additional Borrowing. This is available via our Direct channel.

Converting an existing Residential mortgage to a Buy-to-Let mortgage
This is available via our Direct channel.

Converting an existing Buy-to-Let mortgage to a Residential mortgage
This is available via our Direct channel.

Additional Borrowing applications involving a conveyancer (including Shared Equity, Shared Ownership or Help to Buy applications)

Additional Borrowing Applications: LTV over 80% (Max 85%)
