Changes to our product range

On Thursday 25 April, we are making the following changes to our Residential and Buy to Let ranges:

Residential

First Time Buyer, Home Mover and Remortgage 2, 3 and 5 Year Fixed rates increased by up to 0.35%
First Time Buyer, Home Mover and Remortgage 2 Year Tracker products withdrawn
Shared Ownership and Shared Equity rates increased by up to 0.75%

Buy to Let

2 and 5 Year Fixed House Purchase and Remortgage rates increased by up to 0.45%
2 Year Tracker products withdrawn
2 and 5 Year Fixed House Purchase and Remortgage £0 fee products withdrawn

Changes to our product range

On Friday 12 April, we are making the following changes to our Residential range:
- 2 & 3 Year Fixed First Time Buyer and Home Mover 75-80% LTV rates reduced by up to 0.15%
- 5 Year Fixed First Time Buyer and Home Mover 0-85% and 90-95% LTV rates reduced by up to 0.20%
- 2 Year Fixed Remortgage 75-80% LTV rates reduced by 0.10%
- 5 Year Fixed Remortgage 0-80% LTV rates reduced by 0.10%
Changes to our product range

On Wednesday 20 March, we are making the following changes to our Residential, Product Transfer and Additional Borrowing ranges:

Residential
- 2 Year Fixed First Time Buyer and Home Mover 75-95% LTV rates increased by up to 0.25%
- 3 Year Fixed First Time Buyer and Home Mover 75-90% LTV rates increased by 0.20%
- 5 Year Fixed First Time Buyer and Home Mover 90-95% LTV rate increased by 0.20%
- 2 Year Fixed Remortgage 75-90% LTV rates increased by 0.10%
- 5 Year Fixed Remortgage 75-90% LTV rates increased by 0.25%
Product Transfer
- Residential 2 Year Fixed 75-85% LTV rates increased by up to 0.20%
- Residential 2 Year Fixed 85-90% £995 fee rate increased by 0.10%
- Residential 3 Year Fixed 75-85% LTV rates increased by up to 0.10%
- Residential 5 Year Fixed 75-90% LTV rates increased by up to 0.15%
Additional Borrowing
- Residential 2, 3 and 5 Year Fixed 75-80% LTV rates increased by up to 0.10%

Residential
- 3 Year Fixed First Time Buyer and Home Mover 90-95% LTV rate reduced by 0.05%
- 5 Year Fixed First Time Buyer and Home Mover 80-95% LTV rates reduced by 0.05%
Buy to Let
- 2 Year Fixed Remortgage 0-60% LTV rates increased by up to 0.20%
- 2 Year Fixed Remortgage 60-75% LTV £1,995 and £995 fee rates increased by up to 0.20%
Product Transfer
- Residential 2, 3 & 5 Year Fixed 0-60% and 60-75% £995 fee rates increased by up to 0.10%

Residential
- 3 Year Fixed First Time Buyer and Home Mover 0-60% and 75-90% LTV rates increased by 0.10%
- 3 Year Fixed Remortgage 0-75% LTV rates increased by 0.15%
Buy to Let
- Product end dates move out to the end of July
- Reintroduction of 2 & 5 Year Fixed 0-75% £0 fee House Purchase products
Product Transfer
- Product end dates move out to the end of July
- Residential 2, 3 & 5 Year Fixed 0-75% LTV rates increased by up to 0.25%
- Residential 2 Year Tracker 85-90% LTV rate reduced by 1.05%
- Residential 10 Year Fixed rates withdrawn
- Buy to Let 2 Year Fixed 75-120% LTV rates reduced by up to 0.50%
Additional Borrowing
- Product end dates move out to the end of July
- Residential 10 Year Fixed rates withdrawn
- Residential 2, 3 & 5 Year Fixed rates increased by up to 0.25%

- 5 Year Fixed Remortgage 0-75% LTV rates increased by 0.30%
