On Friday 19 February, we are making the following changes to our Buy to Let and Product Transfer ranges:

Buy to Let

• 2 Year Fixed House Purchase and Remortgage 0-75% LTV products with £1,995 and £995 fee reduced by 0.30%
• 5 Year Fixed House Purchase and Remortgage 0-60% LTV products with £1,995 and £995 fee reduced by up to 0.10%

Product Transfer

• Product end dates move out to the end of May
• Selective rate changes
